We will never sell or rent your personal information. When needed, we share relevant details with trusted partners who help us process payments, run the retreat, or provide services you have requested, such as the venue and our meal providers.

Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Keuka Lake Soulful Art Retreat, August 5 to 9, 2027! We're so happy you're thinking of joining us on the lake for four nights of art, nature, and connection. We wrote these guidelines so you feel informed, comfortable, and cared for, from booking through our last morning together.

By completing your booking, you agree to the following terms.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we ask you to read this policy with care before you register.

We offer a full refund, minus processing fees, if you request it within 72 hours of purchase. After those 72 hours, all payments become non-refundable.

We recommend travel insurance for added peace of mind. By registering for the retreat, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Travel & Insurance

You arrange and pay for your own flights, travel insurance, and transportation to and from Keuka Lake, unless your booking states otherwise.

We recommend comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical expenses, emergencies, lost belongings, and travel delays.

Retreat Experience & Changes

We put a lot of love into the program. We follow the published schedule as closely as we can, but weather, safety, availability, or events beyond our control may lead us to adjust activities, facilitators, timing, meals, or other details.

If we need to make a change, we'll tell you as soon as we can and keep the heart of the experience intact.

Accommodation & Shared Spaces

We arrange your accommodation according to the room type you chose when booking. If you chose a shared room, we may pair you with another participant unless you're booking with a friend.

Please treat the property, venue staff, fellow guests, and shared spaces with kindness and respect, so we all feel at home.

Health & Participation

Your wellbeing matters to us.

Before you arrive, please tell us about any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, dietary needs, or accessibility needs that may affect your participation. This helps us prepare and support you.

Every activity is an invitation, including movement, creative practices, and time on or near the lake. Join at the pace and level that feels right for you. Listen to your body, honor your boundaries, and take the time you need.

A Substance-Free Space

To keep our space clear, present, and supportive, the Keuka Lake Soulful Art Retreat is substance-free. We ask you not to bring or use alcohol or recreational drugs during the retreat, or attend activities under their influence.

Art Materials & Your Creations

We provide the art materials listed in the program. You're welcome to bring favorite supplies of your own. Everything you create belongs to you, and you take it home with you.

You need no art experience to join. We care about the process and your self-expression, not technical skill.

Personal Belongings

Please look after your personal belongings during the retreat. You're responsible for your own items, and we cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings, except where the law does not allow us to exclude liability.

Photography & Memories

We love capturing special moments, and we may take photos or videos during our time together. We'll ask for your consent before we use identifiable images of you or your artwork for promotional purposes.

If you prefer not to appear in promotional photos or videos, let our team know. We want you to feel free to be present.

If We Need to Cancel the Retreat

We fully intend to hold the retreat as planned, but unexpected circumstances can arise. If we need to cancel, we'll contact every affected participant and explain the options available.

We cannot cover extra costs such as flights, hotels, or transportation, except where the law requires it. Travel insurance protects you here.
